The owners needed two extra rooms without disturbing the existing house. We excavated, cast footings, built up to ring beam, and roofed the extension in line with the approved plans.
The client wanted a workshop strong enough to take repeated vehicle loads. We laid welded mesh reinforcement, cast a reinforced slab and built the superstructure with Class 1 builders.
Foundation trenches were excavated, set out and reinforced ahead of concrete pouring. All work measured against the structural drawings before the pour.
New galvanized and copper supply lines installed inside the extended kitchen walls, pressure-tested and signed off before tiling.
